Virtual College Fairs Week of 9/27

Virtual College Fairs

There are so many college events every day, and it’s hard to know which ones to attend. While individual sessions are great for students who already have their college list, exploration sessions are perfect for students just beginning the process. Here are 9 fantastic options for this week to hear from multiple schools at once.

Colleges That Change Lives

  • Now through September 30
  • Connect with the 40+ member institutions and attend sessions like “Starting a College Search in a Virtual World,” “Acing the Interview” or “Entrepreneurship in the Liberal Arts”
  • Students should register for EACH session they would like to attend
  • Miss a session? No worries! You can watch all past sessions at any time on the website

The National Catholic College Admission Association

  • Tuesday, September 29 from 7:30-9:30 pm EST
  • For students only
  • Connect with 103 Catholic colleges in the US & Ireland
  • Chat 1-on-1 with college representatives

Verto Education’s Virtual College Fair

  • Tuesday, September 29 from 6-9 pm EST
  • Verto is an “immersive, international education experience” where students spend their first semester, or first year, abroad. Verto is more than a gap year though- students earn college credits through one of their 46 partner institutions, like Berry College, College of Wooster, University of Tennessee, William and Mary, among others. Because students earn 16 credits a semester, they are still able to graduate within 4 years.
  • While the college fair features the Verto partners, the sessions will be useful for any student interested in the schools
  • There will also be a Round Table Discussion and a Q&A with Jeff Selingo and heads of colleges

International University Fair- Americas

  • Tuesday, September 29 from 8-11 am  6-10 pm
  • Geared toward students who want to study internationally
